Diminuendo. Going down.
A violin with no more music in it. A bell waiting to be rung. And, a nice touch, if you listen hard you'll hear a clock ticking. (A small clock fixed inside the body of the violin, with a battery accessible from the back. It can't tell you a time, but it tells of time passing.

I was told I had a 'significant loss' in my hearing. Not enough for hearing aids, but enough to bring on a fit of the moody blues, and an assemblage.

With acknowledgement comes acceptance, even pleasure.
Happy that reading glasses exist, and that I have enough treasures in my studio to give expressions for the feelings and thoughts and fears.
