| I was asked to be a guest exhibitor in an exhibition of assemblage work by prisoners. Each of us given an identical box to work with. The exhibition was called 'Huakina' I was thinking along the lines of "war or peace, the young man's choice" but realised that's simplistic, and rather patronising. For many, there is very little choise possible. But I was pleased with what I'd made with my box. |
